Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy for O&P Products:
- Eligibility for Returns: We offer customized orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) products designed for individual use. All products are described as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colours, images, or specifications on your screen are an exact match.
- Payments: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@addiwise.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
